Overview

PTM Combined Services completed a full electrical rewire as part of a comprehensive residential renovation, delivering a modern electrical installation designed to support contemporary living while complementing the property’s character and architectural features.

Working alongside the main contractor and other trades, we provided a complete electrical solution from first fix through to final commissioning.

The Challenge

The property underwent an extensive refurbishment, requiring the existing electrical installation to be completely replaced. The project included bespoke lighting, open-plan living spaces, loft conversions and premium kitchen and bathroom installations, all of which required careful planning and coordination.

Our objective was to deliver a safe, future-proof electrical system while preserving the character of the property and achieving the client’s design vision.
