Prologic Lighting Control System Fault Investigation
Overview
PTM Combined Services was appointed to investigate a fault affecting the high-level lighting system controlled by a Prologic lighting control system within a large commercial venue. The objective was to diagnose the cause of the issue and provide recommendations to restore the lighting system to full operation.
The Challenge
The high-level lighting was not operating as intended, with the fault believed to be associated with the Prologic lighting control system. Due to the height of the luminaires and the complexity of the control system, a methodical investigation was required to identify the root cause without unnecessary disruption to the building.
